子曰："有德者必有言，有言者不必有德。仁者必有勇，勇者不必有仁。"

孔子说："有道德的人一定有名言，但有名言的人不一定有道德。仁人一定勇敢，但勇敢的人不一定仁。"

Confucius said, 'The virtuous will be sure to speak correctly, but those whose speech is good may not always be virtuous. Men of principle are sure to be bold, but those who are bold may not always be men of principle.'

有言有勇（外在的）还是不够，必须还多加修炼内在，才能成为君子。

Good speech and bold (relating to outward, imposed) are not enough, must improve/practice those related to inner spirit to become the virtuous.
